The bathhouse

Warmth that opens you, cold that wakes you, quiet that puts you back together.

We built this house around one idea: that the body remembers how to settle when you give it heat, then cold, then space to breathe.

No screens. No rush. Just cedar, water, and a fire that has been burning since morning.

How a session flows
The four movements

One loop, repeated until the noise goes quiet.

Warm

10–15 min in the wood-fired sauna. Breath slows, shoulders drop, the day loosens its grip.

Plunge

A sharp 30–60 seconds in the 4°C bath. The cold is loud, then suddenly everything is clear.

Rest

Wrapped and still in the quiet room. This is where the nervous system actually resets.

Repeat

Three or four rounds. By the last, you are somewhere your phone can’t reach.
